About Norbert Krudy

Over the past fourteen years I've always had to learn new things and adapt to new circumstances to keep going (well, critical thinking and a sense of humour have also helped me a lot). I've worked as a factory worker, a maintenance worker repairing industrial robots, a customer service representative in various industries, an account manager in marketing. Different jobs, different needs. As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I have also learnt a lot, working with a number of teams and clients, supporting and helping them to achieve their goals and to deliver value (meanwhile I've earned some certificates as well) All in all, I use my experience to help teams and clients to learn and adapt, so we can find a (better) solution together.
