As an experienced incident manager, problem manager, and change manager, I have successfully managed and coordinated IT infrastructure issues. With expertise in root cause analysis, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication, I am dedicated to continuously monitoring and improving processes to ensure timely and effective management. In addition to my corporate IT experience, I have been a self-employed entrepreneur for the past 7 years, specializing in computer service and advertising agency profiles. With experience in computer equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and software installation, I have also provided consulting services to help clients select equipment within specific budgets. I have also designed digital graphics for web materials, built websites for clients using WordPress and other CMSs, and created visual identities for customers, including logo design. I am great team player, quick to learn new technologies, to name a few: WordPress, Moodle, and other CMSs or CRMs. With a commitment to mastering these technologies, I am confident in my ability to fulfill many roles to your team.
