About Project Realization The business unit Project Realization is responsible for the project execution. It represents the disciplines Engineering, Structural Engineering, Project- & Installation Management and Site Supervision. All disciplines with their own specialized field of expertise to ensure a controlled project execution. The total team exists of more than 40 proud members, who will services the projects from the design-stage until a satisfying completion and hand-over on the jobsite. Project Realization; Passion for Projects! About Project Management During my 10 years of experience in Project Management I have successfully managed a portfolio of over € 100 mln in projects, realized in Europe and the US. In this period I have lived in the US for 4 years (2005-2009, together with my family) where I was responsible for the expansion of our local (Sales) office into an organization that now also executes the operational activities (Project Management, Purchase, and Installation). Besides Project Management I am currently also responsible for the Portfolio Management and coordination of our Project Management department. About Optimization Project Management Process & Structure As member of core team (2010-2011) I was responsible for the optimizing/improving of the structures/processes and implementing the transition to a project orientated organization. This project was executed together with Next Level Consulting.
