Currently, I serve as Head Section for CSO at the Jakarta branch, where I lead a team of customer service officers while also handling frontline sales for auto loans, housing loans, and personal financing. I ensure my branch meets performance KPIs like BSQ and CE while building strong, loyal customer relationships. I previously worked in the foreign trade and clearing back-office unit, where I managed cross-border currency transactions and trade documentation. With fluent English, a degree in English Literature, and deep frontline and operational experience, I am now looking for international roles where I can contribute to a high-performing, respectful, and globally oriented team.
