About Noreen Mian

I have a talent for cutting through noise to get to the heart of any matter. I am a strategic thinker, ensuring that vision drives planning. I work with organizations to develop strategic plans through data collection, analysis and facilitation. I can also help you see the impact of your work through evaluation. I like data! Give me your numbers, stories and survey responses and I’ll put the pieces together. I believe in the power of community. A confident leader, I have centered my work in the not-for-profit sector for 10+ years. In doing so, I implement best practices in governance and organizational development. So, yes, I like rules. However, I ensure that the decisions I make are centered on community and values based. I build relationships. I know that collaboration is the key to success. I build meaningful cross-sectoral relationships with government, the corporate and not-for-profit sectors resulting in long-term partnerships and successful initiatives. It all stats with and idea and then, an introduction.
