About Norit Aeina

Norit served as iAngels Operations and Compliance Manager for nearly 5 years, with a demonstrated history of operational excellence in the venture capital and private equity industry. Prior to her start at iAngels in 2014, for over a decade Norit was managing teams and small businesses around the world, with a mission statement to ensure optimal operational excellence and growth. During her time at iAngels and exposure to early stage startups, she was able to quickly recognize the common struggles of the founders and CEO’s of companies buried in admin work and in real need for a 'Norit' of their own. Now, she has taken her skill and experience to servicing many companies in the Hi-Tech sectors. Norit began her education with her passion for the fashion industry in New York, obtaining her Associates Degree in Business Marketing & Management at FIT and quickly discovered her skill in fundraising, passion for philanthropic endeavors and ability to build and set effective protocols. She then attended California State University Northridge, while simultaneously working and learning from mentors and experts in the investment and technology sector. She then dedicated her career to managing many small businesses and philanthropic endeavors until her move to Israel and new found passion for disrupting markets that will shape the future.
