Norm has over 30 years of Real Estate development experience in both Resort and Urban settings. He has developed single family, duplex townhomes, condominiums, retail, and residential neighborhoods along the Southeast coast and North Carolina mountain environments. Norm has directed all phases of development from inception to closeout. He builds effective teams, and is known for bringing projects to completion on time and within established budgets.
