Experienced Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the electrical, communication, municipal utilities and municipal right of way work. Contract and construction management of Electrical Dock Crew, Power Distribution, Transmission Design, and Construction. Responsible for identifying system infrastructure needs and project development, construction, and invoice payments. Pasco Chamber of Commerce Liaison where I represent Franklin PUD’s vision and mission goals. More to come on this as my experience grows. Senior Power Analyst charged with analyzing past, current, and future Franklin PUD power needs. Work closely with The The Energy Authority to analyze Pacific Northwest unique clean energy generation and capacity. Quickly learning laws and contracts in regards to Franklin PUD’s energy needs and compliances. Recently entrusted as a liaison to the Board of Directors Municipal Water, Storm, Traffic signal systems design, bid, construction, municipal Sewer design and bid, Contractor Supervision, Construction Standards, Material Research, Fiduciary committee, Materials Handling and committee, Contract Oversight and Accounting, Contract Negotiation, and standby supervision. Background in Surveying, Site Grading, Short Plats, Long Plats, Lot Layout, Blue Tops, Back site Setup, and accompanying Drafting. Strong engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Washington State University. Master’s degree from Western Governors University focusing on business administration and leadership skills.
