I’m a seasoned technical consultant, with over 20 years’ experience within a top tier manufacturer. I have received accolades from both my employer and clients for my attention to details especially in the review and response to highly detailed technical proposal documents and the management of existing contracts with the Federal Government of Canada. I've also supported other verticals in the Capital and Atlantic region such as municipal government, education, healthcare and large private sector companies While at HP, I was nominated and promoted to a team lead position for a national group of technical consultants. Now at Microsoft, I enjoy empowering every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more with a focus on the modern workplace. I am fully bilingual (French and English) and I am comfortable in leading technology presentations in both languages. One of my key strengths is my ability to share my passion of the technology not only with highly technical teams but also with project managers, procurement teams and our own internal sales teams to ensure the value and differentiators are clearly described and that the best solutions are presented to meet their needs. My integrity is paramount in the management of my role, I will always make the right choices for my clients and the company that I work for. My reward is knowing that the my recommendations and support have resulted in the best possible solution for my client. On a personal note, I am a family oriented man and I work hard to ensure they are provided for, Family is very important.
