About Norma Brown

I have spent eight years in the energy sector and the last five years working my way up the ladder at Global Heat Transfer in Odessa TX (Forum Energy Technologies) and I enjoyed just about every minute of it; the thing I liked best was the numerous customer relations I made within the oil and gas industry. I have crossed many lines in the energy sector from safety in the solar industry, to lab lead at Black Mountain sand plant to interim manager at GHT Odessa service shop and every step has helped me to build mad skills and be an asset to whatever team I have been on and will be on. I do not know everything but what I do know will be helpful to whomever my next employer is. I am looking to work for an employer that truly welcomes thoughts and opinions from everyone and allows one to keep growing.
