20 years Nursing experience with 14 years working as a Nurse Advisor/Educator for IQVIA/Quintiles and TCP previously For the past 3 year and currently I manage a team of Nurse Advisors within CSMS IQVIA Ireland. I manage a number of projects/PSP’s in conjunction with a number of pharmaceutical companies. I have built excellent relationships with client companies and HCP’s, attending regular meetings to help drive the business. Correlate monthly reports as well as maintaining high standards of performances within the nursing team I manage. I qualified as a Venipuncture & Cannulation Nurse Lead providing education, assessments and ongoing support for Nurse Advisors in both the community and hospital setting. I previously worked across a number of programmes as Nurse Advisor-including a MS patient home project where I am the project Nurse Lead. This includes both patient education and phlebotomy in the community setting but also the administration of IV treatment within the hospital setting. We also provide ongoing support and scheduling throughout their treatment. I also worked as a Co-ordinator within Quality team for CIS- Covid 19 Survey for the UK and Northern Ireland in conjunction with Oxford University. This includes the reporting of incidents, coordinating and supervising the data correction team and also supporting the field study workers in their daily work. I previously provided administration of specialised sub-cutaneous medications and support for respiratory patients in the community setting, liaising with hospital pharmacy’s and CNS’s on a regular basis. I also organised and undertook a health screening and education clinic for bone health within the pharmacy and primary care setting. I have built reputable relationships with various multidisciplinary team members both in the hospital and primary care setting. Act as a mentor and trainer for new Nurse Advisors. Educate and provide care for a range of disease areas in the community and the hospital setting including :Respiratory,Rheumatology,Dermatology,Gastroenterology,Oncology/Haematology, MS, Nutrition and Renal. Furthermore, phlebotomy, venesection and IV infusions have become a key role in recent years both in a Day unit within the hospital setting and also in the home setting for Hemochromatosis, ERT and Multiple Myleoma patients. I am versatile with patient care and always willing to become an expert in various disease areas.
