About Norma S.

I landed in HR more than 10 years ago when covering for a colleague’s unplanned leave of absence, since then I haven´t looked back. I grew fond of Human Resources, People and Culture or how you would like to call it. I have dedicated myself to constant training and learning on the subject. I have had the amazing opportunity of being part of great organizations in diverse industries, in fast-paced environment. This has helped me shape my career and broaden my view of the human factor in HR. I have worked with a truly diverse public across South and North America, in English and Spanish. I make HR simple to understand to the internal clients and I love getting involved in the business, understanding the foundation of the organization, so I can truly become a strategic business partner. I enjoy teaching people new things or old things in new innovative ways. I have always had a passion for communication and languages, thus my major in Translation and Interpretation. I apply this to HR every day, I find ways to strengthen the relations between employees and management.
