About Norma Simons

With over 20 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, and training development, I am passionate about helping organizations achieve innovation and operational excellence. As the President and owner of Performance Innovation, I work with clients from various industries, such as manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, and education, to introduce and apply concepts of Lean Six Sigma, Performance Management, Leadership Development, and Strategic Management. My approach is customized, hands-on, and results-oriented. I use different formats, such as instructor-led, blended learning, coaching, and consulting, to meet the needs and goals of each client. I specialize in implementing process improvement initiatives using tools such as standard work, statistical process control, visual management systems, 5S, and continuous flow. I also facilitate training and coaching sessions to develop the skills and competencies of leaders and teams. Through my work, I have enabled clients to achieve measurable outcomes, such as waste reduction, defect reduction, cost savings, time savings, productivity enhancement, and customer satisfaction.
