With 15 years of experience in office management, community outreach, marketing, and engagement initiatives, I’ve built my career at the intersection of community impact and strategic communication. I specialize in connecting government agencies, non-profits, and private companies with diverse communities, ensuring that projects are not only understood, but embraced by the people they affect. As a Multicultural Outreach Specialist at Torres Multicultural—the largest multicultural marketing agency in Arizona—I help execute initiatives that transform complex infrastructure projects into meaningful community experiences. I currently serve as a Community Relations Coordinator for the $1.36 trillion City of Phoenix and Valley Metro South Central Light Rail Extension Project, helping hundreds of stakeholders navigate construction impacts through bilingual communication, stakeholder engagement, and grassroots programming. In addition to large-scale civic projects, I bring creativity and community to life through event planning and philanthropic campaigns. One of my proudest accomplishments is helping organize the Chingona Soles Stiletto Art Show, a cultural fusion of art and fashion that has featured 100+ local artists and raised funds for organizations like the Black Girl Brown Girl Collective. Prior to this, I worked with Univision KTVW, where I supported advertising campaigns for Phoenix’s largest Hispanic media outlet, helping deliver impactful messaging to a $26B Latino market. At Grand Canyon University, I empowered students and families with the tools to pursue higher education, while earlier roles sharpened my coordination and client service skills in the healthcare sector.
