I am an experienced government lawyer who specialises in occupational health and safety (WHS/OHS), regulatory work and litigation. I am an active member of the Commonwealth Compensation and Employment committee of the Law Council of Australia. I have also worked with many clients in making submissions to government, particularly in the area of health and safety. I act for Commonwealth agencies, state government departments and clients in managing responses to WHS/OHS issues that may arise - both reactively but also in a proactive fashion.
