I thrive on bringing people together, fostering collaboration to align diverse perspectives towards a shared goal. My strength lies in being a discerning engineer, making pragmatic decisions rooted in deep technical understanding of complex process equipment integration and extensive hands-on construction experience. Years spent on-site give me a vital, practical lens – ensuring designs are not only innovative and compliant but also buildable, efficient, and safe.
