A hands-on, highly motivated and results-oriented leader who displays strong interpersonal skills. Led openings and operations for notable flagship properties over the course of my career namely with; The Ascott Limited, Accor, YOTEL and Wyndham Hotel Group. Operational and Asset Management knowledge gained through various hospitality channels ranging from 5* luxury to 4* lifestyle hotels and service residence brands, private restaurant groups as well as an International Social members club. I drive an entrepreneurial spirit within the teams I lead to deliver financial results to management/owners and achieve high guest satisfaction results. Experienced in C- Suite level reporting. Pre-opening experience for hotels and private restaurants to timelines stipulated successfully and experience in opening 12 full- service, lifestyle hotels, co-living serviced residences and 10 private lifestyle driven restaurants/bars to date, including F&B concept development and branding. I am proficient in leading and managing large, multi-cultural teams, and fully adaptable in diverse environments. I strive to develop committed and winning teams and believe strongly in motivating my team to achieving objectives. Serving as Executive Committee Member at Singapore Hotel Association’s (SHA) Hotel Human Capital Advisory Committee. Bilingual in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
