As an experienced library professional with an extensive career at the Toronto Public Library, I have a proven track record of leadership, community engagement and operational excellence. In my current role as Branch Head of the Maryvale Branch, I am responsible for guiding a talented team, managing branch operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality library services to a diverse community. My career has been driven by a commitment to public service and a belief in the library's essential role in lifelong learning. I am adept at strategic planning, customer service, staff development and community outreach. In my leisure time, I am an avid musician and improvisational pianist - a hobby that sharpens my creativity and problem-solving skills. I am always open to connecting with fellow library professionals, community leaders, musicians/music professionals and technology enthusiasts alike.
