About Norman Jack

I have a strong foundation in Secondary Education from Curtin University, I’ve built a career dedicated to supporting individuals living with a disability to transition into open employment. In my role as a Transitional Job Coach at Scope, I work closely supported employees to identify their strengths, interests, and goals guiding them toward meaningful, sustainable work in the open employment. I specialise in person-centered coaching, career planning, and building strong partnerships with employers. I’m passionate about helping participants discover their unique contributions and grow their confidence through tailored support, upskilling, and workplace exposure. A key part of my work involves engaging with employers to understand their operations, workforce needs, and culture then matching jobseekers to roles where they can thrive. I facilitate ongoing support by collaborating with businesses to create inclusive environments, design reasonable adjustments, and co-develop sustainable support plans. This includes coaching both employers and employees throughout onboarding and beyond to ensure long-term success. My work also contributes to the successful delivery of the Structural Adjustment Fund grant, and I take pride in meeting key performance indicators through a strengths-based and collaborative approach. At the heart of my role is a belief in equity, empowerment, and inclusive opportunity. I’m driven to make a difference by bridging the gap between talent and meaningful employment and by helping individuals realise their full potential in workplaces that value diversity and capability.
