About Norman Quesnel

With over 25 years of experience in human resources and labour relations, I am a seasoned business partner, certified executive coach, internal consultant, and executive leader. I lead the HR and Labour Relations function at Extendicare, a leading provider of care and services for seniors across Canada, with over employees and 300 facilities. My mission is to create innovative strategies to attract, retain, and develop driven people who are hungry for success, and who share Extendicare's values of respect, passion, teamwork, responsibility, and growth. I leverage my diverse and extensive background in all facets of HR, including labour relations, compensation, employee engagement, talent acquisition, employee development, and HR systems and operations, to support the business objectives and operational excellence of Extendicare. I also empower and coach senior leaders and managers to enhance their leadership skills and performance.
