My background is extensively in customer service, and for many years this was in a management capacity. While working in the gaming industry, I was able to meet and get to know a variety of people. Over the years I have helped develop and retain some of the most exclusive lists of prominent gamers in the industry. The casinos that I was employed at reaped the benefits of my abilities to go above and beyond to make sure my customers had everything they needed or wanted. I have been involved in opening a business from day one to watching that business grow into a profitable enterprise. My people skills are exceptional, and my drive to succeed is second to none. I know what it takes to make a business run and be profitable. I made a choice to go back to school in 2012, and I believe that education is the gateway to all good things. I am comfortable with computers and proficient with MicroSoft Office 365, Word, Excel, and Power Point. I have learned many things while in school and this new information will help me become an even better manager. I love being part of a team, and when teamwork is implemented to its highest degree, there are no obstacles. I am looking for employment in entry level management with a growing company that has room for advancement.
