Application programming experience in C++, MS Access/Excel VBA, PowerBuilder, SQL and Microsoft skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and Word. At Repsol Oil & Gas Canada, I was the Service Manager for over 40 applications for the Production Accounting, Production Operations and Land Management business units. My primary role was to support the business units with their daily operations and be their liaison for Information Technology (IT). I also managed all the daily incident tickets in ServiceNow, analyzed the issues reported and assigned it to the vendor, in-house IT support or myself for resolution. As a Systems Analyst at Talisman Energy, I implemented the Accounts Receivable Reconciliation Application using MS Access front-end with an Oracle database back-end. I was the technical lead, developer and technical writer. The project involved collaborating with the business to gather the business requirements and working with the IT infrastructure/support teams. This 3-months project was completed on schedule and was used by over 50 business users. I also wrote the user/technical documentation and the application was transitioned to IT application support team after the knowledge transfer session. At Metso Automation/Telvent, I worked in the Engineering Department. As a Senior Systems Engineer, I customized SCADA protocols (C, C++, Visual Basic.Net), Gas Measurement & Accounting System functionalities (PowerBuilder) and developed integrations on the OaSyS SCADA upgrade projects. I also completed the factory and site acceptance testing with the clients. After go-live, I continued to support the SCADA system until it was transitioned to the Client Support Team.
