About Norton Marques Marcon

Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and industrial processes. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Caxias do Sul (Brazil), I have built a solid career in the industrial sector, working across a wide range of areas such as machining, production planning (PCP), inventory control, process improvement, MES systems, maintenance, quality, and product engineering. I actively participated in R&D projects focused on continuous improvement of products and processes, always aiming to reduce costs and boost productivity. Currently, I work as a mechanical designer, contributing to the development of new projects, product and process enhancements, technical support for the sales team, and solving production challenges. Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in ERP systems, SolidWorks, Office Suite, and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
