About Nour Ibrahim
For more than 7 years, I have been building the brand behind Africa's top startup accelerator: AUC Venture Lab. Since 2017, I have been working on boosting the accelerator's profile regionally, promoting the organization's work and services to relevant stakeholders online and offline, managing the accelerator's presence across different social media platforms and designing and executing large events that strengthen the brand's presence and attract local and regional attention. My areas of focus span content creation, social media management, internal communication and event management. Before starting a career in marketing, I earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from AUC where I discovered a passion for podcasting. In 2019, I was selected as a member of the inaugural cohort of the British Council's DICE Young Storymakers, a program that highlights the work of promising journalists from Brazil, Egypt, Indonesia, Pakistan, South Africa and the UK. I am also a podcast producer and a part of the team behind PodFest, a conference for podcasters and podcast enthusiasts.
