A highly motivated and results-oriented accounting professional with over eight years of progressive experience in accounting and taxation, gained through roles at WASAC Ltd, Rwanda Revenue Authority, and Bank of Kigali Plc. Pascal is a licensed Tax Advisor accredited by the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) and currently serves as the Tax Manager at Bank of Kigali Plc. He provides expert tax advisory and compliance services to both individuals and corporations, covering areas such as Income Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), Transfer Pricing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE), Social Security Contributions, and International Taxation. Pascal is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) and the Association of Tax Advisors of Rwanda (ATAR). He is recognized for his ability to handle complex assignments with professionalism and efficiency, whether working independently or as part of a team. Notably, Pascal ranks among the top five candidates to have completed the CPA Rwanda qualification since its inception.
