Partner in Bain and Company's Atlanta Office. Leader in Bain's Enterprise Technology group for the Industrials sector. At Bain, Numan has worked for clients in a variety of industries on Technology topics, including Digital Transformation, Technology strategy, technology operating model, Analytics strategy, and technology cost management. Over the past few years, he has gone deep with Industrial clients and manufacturers on enabling new sources of value by connecting technology from physical sites to enterprise technology systems, and developing managements systems to organize and manage a more innovative technology function. Numan graduated with honors from Cornell University with a BS in Chemical Engineering, and thereafter completed his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a focus on computational modeling. While there, he minored in Finance at the Sloan School of Management. Prior to joining Bain, Numan was a simulation research associate at the Goodyear Institute of Polymer Science. Numan has previously also worked in product and process development at Procter & Gamble.
