With over 18 years of professional experience, I have held various roles including Auditor, FP & A, and most recently as member of the Portuguese and Italian Committees and Head of Finance Business Partners where I oversee a team of Financial Business Partners across Portugal, Italy, and Spain business (annual accumulated sales of 128M EUR and annual accumulated EBIT of 3.5M EUR). Throughout my career, I have worked in various sectors of activity, such as Production, Renewable Energy, Digital Solutions, Customer Support (among others) where I gained an extensive expertise in accounting (as accruals, transfer pricing and other IFRS principles) and mainly on controlling area (as Financial Analysis, Cost Control, Budget and Forecast, Capex, review of periodic company Statutory Reports, as other). As Career Milestones I had- Implementation of internal analytic tools and reports, reducing time spent on reports generation by 35% while also enhancing forecast accuracy data to 97%, aiding in proactive strategy adjustments and enabling executives to make timely and informed business decisions - Analysis and implementation of multiple strategic investment initiatives focused on improving operational and financial performance, with potential accumulated impact in EBITDA of around 6 million EUR - Coordinated cross-departmental efforts to identify 2.2 million EUR in operational savings during a company-wide lean programs (with cut costs by 3% without sacrificing the quality of services)- Managed the company’s local budgeting process, resulting in the on-time delivery of a 40 million EUR budget with a more than 3% variance EBIT
