With 30+ years experience as a Dentist and Dental Specialist and a Dental Practice owner for 11 years in Queensland, I know what it takes to be an owner and manage a dental practice and be a successful practitioner with an early retirement plan. I set up my Dental Consulting, Training and Mentoring business called Just Excel Dental Training and Consulting justexcel.com.au) in 2019 to help others manage their dental practices more efficiently, provide the much required dental staff training and engagement, and scale and grow their dental businesses successfully. My forte is problem solving with clear processes and training. I truly believe that in staff training lies the success of a dental practice and also in staff engagement and retention. My company's mission is to focus on the 4Ps of Business (P=People, P=Processes, P=Purchases (expenses), P=Production). The vision is that focussing on People, Processes, and Purchases (expenses) leads to success in Production. My goal is to bridge the gaps in Dental Practices with tailor made solutions that solve their specific and unique challenges. I have designed courses for the Dentist and Hygienists/OHT, the Practice Owner/Manager, the Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistants, Dental Treatment Coordinators, Clinic Coordinators and the full team in building appointment books.
