As a Partnership Quality Analyst at TikTok, I focus on delivering quality insights and improving partner performance for one of the biggest tech companies in the world. I use my data analysis and communication skills to ensure efficient policy cascading, clarification, and calibration with partners, as well as to create and monitor glide paths and tracking partner improvement. I also own the incident and escalation management, and the partner and internal quality reports for TikTok.In addition to my role at TikTok, I am also the co-founder and director of marketing and partnership at Beri Harapan Indonesia, an NGO that aims to develop and empower economically vulnerable communities. I am responsible for creating cooperation with influencers and small-scale business partners to generate exposure for the NGO's projects, as well as creating digital marketing content for social media. Through this experience, I have developed my leadership, project management, and social impact skills. I am passionate about using my talents and knowledge to create positive change in the world.
