About Nursultan Batyrshayev

My personal experience in the crypto industry began in 2017. Since then, I have explored almost every aspect: trading futures and spot on CEX and DEX platforms, running nodes, ambassadorships, early testing, staking/restaking/farming, trading on NFT marketplaces, running a crypto channel, and participating in ICOs. My professional journey started in 2022 at the Kazakhstan Association of Blockchain Technologies. Beginning as a Marketing and PR Manager in the blockchain and cryptocurrency field, I was later promoted to Digital Assets and Web 3.0 Senior Research Manager, and then to Deputy Chief Executive. I am certified in Cryptocurrencies: Risks, Investigations and Supervision by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. As Deputy Chief Executive, I facilitated critical discussions, fostered cooperation with key players in the crypto space, and contributed to the legislative landscape of digital assets in Kazakhstan. I conducted business meetings and established cooperation with companies such as Canaan, Bitmain, MicroBT, UNODC, KPMG, Bitcoin Magazine, CoinDesk, CoinTelegraph, Crystal Analytics, and many others. I participated in working groups alongside the Prosecutor General's Office, Financial Monitoring Agency, Financial Market Regulation and Development Agency, Revenue Committee, Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan, among others. In addition to a strong personal and professional experience in the cryptocurrency industry, I have significant background in the field of Marketing and PR.
