About Nusrat Sadia Muna

As a Fellow Teacher at Teach For Bangladesh, I have been working for two years in a government school where I directly impact the lives of over 130 students, 250 parents, and community members. My work is centered on addressing educational inequality and ensuring that every child, regardless of background, has access to quality education.During my fellowship, I’ve taken a holistic approach to education.It was not only focusing on classroom instruction but also engaging with parents and the broader community to support students in their academic journeys. From developing comprehensive lesson plans and assessments to coordinating programs on digital safety, mental health, and career readiness, I am committed to fostering an environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.In addition to my work in the classroom, I have actively volunteered with several university organizations, including NSTUMUN, Noakhali Bondhusova, and the BLWS Career Club. These experiences have deepened my commitment to social impact, leadership development, and collaboration.I am passionate about growing as an educator and change-maker, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance my skills, and contribute to closing the inequality gap in education.
