Report to and take instruction from the Managing Director/Deputy Managing Director; Regional CFO, Regional Director and CEO. • Manage routine tasks of the accounting office, including responsibility for all financial transactions, weekly cashflow reports, production of monthly reports, budget analysis, Financial Analysis, collections and expenses payment; • Manage payroll; • Prepare Montly and Yearly Management financial reports and Audited Financial Report • Review and improve accounting and Finannce procedures to ensure they are adequate and appropriately used to control financial transactions and provide timely, accurate and consistent financial information; • Oversee local taxation matters, including submitting monthly and annual tax returns; • Ensure compliance activities meet government rules and regulations; • Provide information and work very closely with Tax Auditors & tax authorities when required; • Audit financial accounts from time to time to ensure all accounts are managed to a high standard; and • Prepare the operating and capital budgets & business plans for the Business Unit with the Managing Director; monitor compliance with the budget and drive corrective actions. Head of Operating & Billing of Thailand Business Unit. Prepare IFRS financial group report for Business unit with Regional CFO and PWC Auditor
