Nykisha Jackson is a dedicated healthcare professional with more than 20 years of extensive industry experience. Currently, she serves as the Head of Credentialing for Together Women's Health, where she is responsible for overseeing the process of Onboarding New Providers, Enrollments for various payers including Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare, database management using the Athena EHR system and Modio Credentialingsoftware, administering payor portals, and overseeing the set-up of all EFT, ERA, and EDI enrollments. Nykisha also works closely with several outside companies and individuals, including practices and payers, to ensure that all issues are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Over the course of her career, Nykisha has proven herself to be an incredibly hardworking team player and a natural leader. She has very strong analytical and time management skills and consistently meets the deadlines set for her. Nykisha is highly skilled in Excel, Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial Payers, Primary Source Verification (PSV), Managed Care, PHO contracts, and Health Care Systems. Her main goal throughout her career has always been to help others, whether it be her coworkers or the clients and companies she works with. Nykisha is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. but has lived in North Carolina since 2010. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family, including her two sons and dog Brutus.
