About Nysheria Fields

My career narrative has evolved over time and will continue to do so. From being a merchandiser in my first stint to making a pivot into the data center world. I have garnered a variety of experiences that have made my learning and growth journey interesting.Starting off in the job field, fraught with several questions about passion, true calling and sometimes self-doubt, were spent executing merchandise. Though I picked up customer engagement and project management, I decided to be true to myself and search for something that could be career rewarding.Having gained more awareness of my interest and inclination over several years, I landed a Data Technician role with a vendor company through Microsoft. This role enabled me to explore and learn about the data center world. Deployment, decommission and cabling further enriched my experience.I added a new dimension to my journey by pursuing a role with the company Apex systems, in site services pairing hand and hand with FTE at Microsoft. Over the past few months, I've experienced a turbo charged environment of a fast-growing organization. Formulating solutions that deliver new opportunities, greater convenience, and enhanced value to people's lives.
