As a Global Representative for the Travel Industry Sales department at Visit Orlando I am entrusted with developing new content and updating the foundational chapters to the Orlando Travel Academy - our online educational tool for travel professionals. Creating and maintaining an email journey to continually engage our audience; reporting data on trainings, webinars and tradeshows, and client production are also fun aspects of my position. In my previous role where I served as Sales Lead Coordinator, I directly supported multiple remote National Account Directors as well as our local team of Sales Assistants. My ability to communicate effectively, prioritize and champion teamwork led to faster response time for meeting and event inquiries, sales goals being surpassed, stronger relationships with our members and partners, and enhanced trust.
