About Oana Stan

Experienced Global Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with 10 years demonstrated history of working in the IT Industry. In recent years, I have worked closely with global extensive teams to transition from brick-and-mortar project stages to a customer-centric new business model. I have spearheaded this transition for an organization of over 300 employees, supporting them from tools implementation to defining new KPIs to monitoring results and progress. My working style is well-structured, building on solid frameworks. I do have a well-organized mind, communicating ideas in a structured and engaging way. I enjoy analysing large amounts of data and make few, clear conclusions. People find me charismatic and approachable and as a loyal, tenacious, and influential team player, I like to roll up my sleeves and build credibility through my work. I have the capability to make decisions and assume responsibility for achieving objectives, targets and goals because of my ability to anticipate, to plan ahead, to avoid business shortcomings. I can influence and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
