As a District Strategic Information and Evaluation (SIE) Officer at Population Solutions for Health, I have over four years of experience in providing data collection, analysis, and reporting support to various health programs in the district. I am passionate about ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy for evidence-based decision making and program improvement. I have developed strong skills in using data collection and reporting tools, M&E frameworks, and data visualization techniques to monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of health interventions. I have also contributed to the dissemination and sharing of data findings and insights with program staff and stakeholders. I am motivated by the mission of Population Solutions for Health to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for health challenges in the region.
