About Ocean Leclair

Ocean LeClair is a musician, writer, poet, and mixed-media artist with a background in Dramatic Arts. She worked as an Artist Liaison at modelling and acting agencies in New York while creating short films for fashion magazines such as Beauty Papers and Numéro and moving to Berlin to do an artist residency with icelandic artist Egill Sæbbjörnsson for the completion of her mixed media project, 100 Days of Art, which was conceived during her time traveling the world building her network across global art fairs. Presently, the indie musician is recording in East London with producer Jules Apollinaire who is behind the newcomer sensation TTRRUUCES, Findlay and Suki Waterhouse's 'Good Looking' which is currently number one of the US charts. Her upcoming debut album has been developed through her own genre-bending style, rock with flourishes of dream pop, hip-hop and Berlin Electronica. The first single of the record was released in late April with AWAL and got Ocean on the cover of Spotify's coveted editorial playlist Fresh Finds GSA within the first week. Since 2018, Ocean has been working as an Artist Liaison at Therme Art, drawing from her multifaceted experiences in the arts to assist with the programmes diversified daily activities, managing relationships with artists and partners, and working alongside the curatorial team to bring artists visions to life.
