I have a proven ability to work efficiently and productively within a team. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments and organizations. In addition to my individual accomplishments, I have proven very successful in working in fast paced environments while maintaining organization, attention to detail, energy and fun. Regarding my personal management philosophies, I believe in developing a strong staff through training, education, and team building. I believe that trust is created through respect and a strong work ethic.
