About Odbayar Boldbaatar

As a renewable energy engineer with over 5 years of industry experience, I combine a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and teamwork. My expertise lies in the technical design of large-scale rooftop PV systems — from module layout (string plan) and ballast planning to yield assessments and compliance with fire safety and flat-roof regulations. Alongside design work, I collaborate with EPC partners to identify optimization opportunities and engage with manufacturers to shape product roadmaps for future technologies. Having studied renewable energy at both bachelor’s and master’s level, I am deeply committed to sustainability and the transition towards clean power. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong interest in emerging technologies such as battery storage and EV charging, and I am eager to contribute not only on the technical side but also in management and policy-making — where technology meets long-term strategy. What motivates me most is working with people: supporting colleagues in their technical areas, sharing knowledge, and communicating solutions that make renewable energy projects successful.
