About Oded G.

I recently relocated from Los Angeles, CA, back to Scottsdale, AZ, and after fulfilling an over 20 year career in the technology field focused on Project Management and Product Development. After relocating to Arizona, I was exposed to the fascinating demographic data and extreme potential in the residential housing market including opportunities for investment. Given my interest in this space and my desire for a career change, I completed the Arizona Real Estate Agent coursework to fully understand the real-estate business, and state and county rules and regulations. Upon successfully completing the coursework and passing the AZ real-estate exam, I received my real-estate license and joined Goddes Homes, LLC. Over the past year, I have been focused on researching, identifying and investing in desirable locations that have a significant trajectory to be in high demand in the near and far future across the greater Phoenix area. To date, my investment portfolio is comprised of long-term investments including condominiums, single family homes as well as short-term investments including residential properties for Airbnb and VRBO in Scottsdale and Phoenix.
