Currently serving as Managing Partner and Lead Architect at Oberson Architects, I have led transformative projects across diverse international locations, building a reputation for excellence, creativity, and strategic vision. At Oberson Architects, I have overseen our growth from a boutique studio into a prominent multidisciplinary firm, delivering award-winning projects such as the Six Senses Shaharut Resort and PLAY Hotel in Tel Aviv. My approach blends design ingenuity with strategic business management, ensuring each project is uniquely compelling, commercially viable, and expertly delivered. My career reflects a passion for design innovation combined with a proven entrepreneurial spirit. Previously, I co-founded Sharity Holdings Ltd, a pioneering startup integrating charitable giving with online commerce, demonstrating my ability to merge creativity, technology, and social impact. Early in my career, as Business Development Lead at Triple Sal Ltd, I successfully developed and implemented a direct-to-consumer model for agricultural products, leading a sizable team and achieving substantial annual revenues through strategic innovation and lean operations.
