Am Odejobi Abiodun Rasaq, I was born on 23rd of June, 1972 I graduated at Lagos State Polytechnic as Computer science in 2016. Am an experience engineer with managing skill for over 10 years, I have work in some multinational company like Vmobile now Airtel from 2004 to 2008 as a Project Leader which I install and commission Telecoms equipment and supervise site build. Responsible for supervising/carrying out Site Engineering activities as regards Installations on Ericsson Equipment’s, BTS, TX & Power implementation Responsible for supervision of contractors during installations and commissioning of new BTS, TX & power installations. Ensure that all newly installed and commissioned BTS's are integrated into the network. Ensure that Acceptance Testing and quality checks of BTS installations are carried out according to approved checklist. Responsible for Implementing RF Optimization involving BTS Site Upgrade/Downgrade, whenever there is a resource constraint; the Network Maintenance Department resource can be sourced to execute the Jobs. Responsible for adequate site documentation for all sites installed within the respective regions. Which I later join Ericsson Nigeria as a Field Maintenance Engineer from 2008 to 2012 and job functions as follows. I later join Simidebis Nigeria Limited now Simidebis International Limited, as project Manager between 2012 to 2013 and I got a promotion to Program in 2013 to 2014 before I now became country Manager for Simidebis International Limited in Cameroon up till date.
