With these insights, I joined Greenbelt Environmental Services in October 2022 to help solve the identified challenges. After a 90-day POC with Canada's largest wooden pallet repair facility in January 2023, Greenbelt Environmental Services was selected to co-design and implement a robust waste management plan that meets its unique business objectives. So far, we have received commendations for helping drive their desired outcomes and implementing measures for continuous improvement. Our success secret is simple. It is hinged on age-old business wisdom. We believe that Customers Matter! So, We listen to understand. We ask questions to understand more. We co-design solutions to give customers ownership. We implement to ensure customers' desired business outcomes. We collect data and insights for future continuous improvement initiatives.
