At TEAM Productions, I am responsible for creating and executing strategies that expand our talent roster and content portfolio in the entertainment industry. As a Business Development Manager with over two years of experience, I build and manage relationships with talent agencies in the US and UK, negotiate the sale of content to international production companies, and organize and execute US tours for Israeli artists. I also have a strong background in production, project management, and data analysis, which I apply to optimize our business processes and systems. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Industrial Management at Shenkar, where I learn how to engineer solutions for complex business challenges. I have also completed multiple certifications in cybersecurity, digital transformation, project initiation, and project management with Google and Coursera, and I am proficient in cloud computing, budget management, and infrastructure as a service. I am passionate about connecting people and cultures through music and entertainment, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
