About Ojas Roy

Intially I started my journey in June 2021 with I energizer where I was a part of Make My Trip which is the best travel company of India in terms of rankings. I was new to a travel background but was able to learn customer handling very quickly and efficiently. This platform taught me how to build customer connect,convince them and give them the appropriate resolution. Subsequently I have to quit my job instantly due to an unfortunate situation after 7 months in December 2021. Eventually when everything subsided, I joined IGT solutions in Feb 2022. Again I was a part of Expedia Group, termed as the best travel company on the globe. This was an international voice process where I aquired a great product and process knowledge. Apart from that I got in acquaintance with the customers from different countries. My profile used to serve all the Point of sales over the world. In a nutshell, this was a great opportunity for me to re-establish myself after the break of the previous experience. After being here for consistently for 1 year 6 months, I was promoted as Quality Analyst as per the dedication and persistence shown by me in the terms of performance.
