Hello and welcome to my LinkedIn profile! My name is Ojaswi and I'm a Data Analyst at Willis Towers Watson. I have a strong background in data analysis and visualization. In my current role, I'm responsible for analyzing data sets and creating qualitative and quantitative benefit benchmarking reports for clients in the APAC & EMEA region which help them meet their benchmarking objectives and ensure market competitiveness. Prior to this, I worked as an Assurance Associate at EY GDS, wherein I gained experience in project management and various audit related methodologies. Outside of work, I'm passionate about networking, social impact, and community outreach. I'm an active member of the Rotaract club, where I've contributed to several community service projects. I'm also a member of the Gurugram Orators Toastmasters club, which has helped me develop my public speaking and leadership skills.
