I am passionate about digitalization, creating value-producing opportunities, shaping business models, and about innovative technologies. For me, customer centricity is the major driver for business success. At Uhlmann Pac-Systeme I’m currently responsible for the mechatronic- and software development, for analytics and AI, as well as for the related project management. I strongly believe in deeply integrated solutions consisting out of machines and software, enriched with AI driven innovations that improve OEE, security, and UX for our customers. In my professional career I had the chance to take over various roles within the IT / IoT / manufacturing domain. As VP Digital Solutions at Uhlmann I was responsible for the customer centric vision and strategy of the Pexcite platform and for managing the development organization which is in behind. My focus was amongst others to ensure fast, error-free, and safe production processes and to allow data-driven decisions. As Head of IoT Device Management, Data Management, and Analytics at Bosch I was responsible for shaping the vision and strategy of Bosch IoT Suite, for ensuring highest quality, reliability, and availability of the product, and for managing the development teams in Bulgaria, China, and Germany. Prior to that I managed intercultural development teams in the area of cloud services for FOTA / SOTA related use-cases. Together with my colleagues I shaped the IoT Ecosystem of Bosch and helped to build up a sustainable and profitable business.
