I came to the realization that I had been fulfilling a variety of HR responsibilities for the past seven years while operating my own fashion business. I was accountable for the recruitment and training of personnel, the timely formation of the appropriate team, the supervision of the induction process, and the management of payroll audits. This realization was the catalyst for my decision to return to school and pursue a degree in human resource management to keep me up-to-date with the latest trends in human resources. I'm great at mixing my HR knowledge with a deep understanding of new ways to do things, efficient ways to run an office, and a strong focus on meeting customer needs. I can make a big difference in the success of any business because I have a deep understanding of HR principles as well as creative and proficient administrative skills. I am enthusiastic about applying my diversified skill set and the knowledge I've acquired to create not just positive but highly effective work environments. My aspiration is to introduce fresh HR concepts that can propel the company forward. I am eagerly looking forward to establishing an environment where employees can flourish and where strategic HR plans lead to the success of both individuals and the company. Another side of me is that I love working with kids and families, particularly those facing complex challenges.I believe in creating a nurturing and supportive environment where every child and family feels valued, understood, and empowered to thrive. I love fashion, not just for the clothes, but for the stories they tell, the cultures they represent, and the emotions they evoke. I see fashion as a powerful form of self-expression, a language that goes beyond words, allowing people to communicate their identity, beliefs, and dreams to the world.
