WHY SCRUM? As a scrum master, I’m passionate about outcomes. I love helping teams make their customers happy (both internal and external) and enjoy the shared success of completing each project, especially if we can manage to deliver the product or service early and/or under budget! Solving problems excites me, and that’s really what scrum is all about. By creating an agile work environment, I bring people, processes, and technology together to find the most appropriate and effective way of working together to carry out a particular task. My goal is to act as a servant leader, foster communication, and protect teams by acting as a buffer between the team and any distractions or disruptions caused by project managers or stakeholders.
